Outside of work I enjoy performing and am an actor for Boozy Bard (performing Shakespeare Raw at the historic Pabst Brewery) and puppeteer for Full Frontal Puppetry.  I also love taking different movement style classes when I have the time like all varieties of dance, yoga, pilates, qi gong, and anything else that seems fun!

My Approach

My goal is to improve my clients' posture and range of motion while reducing pain.  I do this by being muscle specific and working on an area until I feel a change in how the tissue (muscle, fascia, tendon, ligament, etc) feels.  I combine what I've learned from various modalities including trigger point, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, sports massage, cupping, Thai massage, and shiatsu to customize every massage to each client's specific goal, because everyone responds differently to different techniques and modalities.
