Time

• Session time does not include intake, redressing, and the transaction so we may end a little over the hour (or half hour).  Most of the time clients leave about 10 minutes past the hour (or half hour).  If you have something scheduled right after the session please let me know so I can end early! 

• Note: When booking, the duration shown on Vagaro is 30 minutes more than the session time, this is to account for redressing, the transaction, and cleaning.

• If you are late arriving, session time will be cut accordingly as to not fall behind schedule. 

Cancellation Policy

• Same day cancellations and no shows are charged half the session price. 

• Please have a valid phone number and email on file to receive session reminders! If you need to cancel please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the same day cancel fee.

Note

• Doors are locked for client privacy, if you arrive more than 10 minutes early the doors may still be locked.  Please text me which door you are at and I will let you know when it is unlocked.
